A 3-day Chengdu introduction for first-time visitors, linking pandas, ancient Shu civilization, old neighborhoods, teahouse rhythm, Sichuan cuisine and an evening opera experience without turning the city into a checklist.
Arrive in Chengdu and transfer to the hotel. Depending on arrival time, take a relaxed walk through Kuanzhai Alley, Wenshu Monastery or a nearby teahouse neighborhood, with dinner arranged around Sichuan cuisine at a comfortable spice level.
Visit the Chengdu Panda Base in the morning, then return to the city for People's Park teahouse, a local market or an old street walk. Dinner can be arranged as hotpot or Sichuan table cuisine, followed by an optional Sichuan opera face-changing show.
Drive to Guanghan for Sanxingdui Museum, focusing on bronze masks, gold artifacts and ancient Shu culture. Return to Chengdu for Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, Daci Temple or the IFS climbing panda before airport or railway transfer.
